WINDING OF LOW VOLTAGE (LV)

Winding of LV - is worm multiparallel winding with vertical channels for cooling made of copper or aluminum wire PPTSD (ППТСД) or APPTSD (АППТСД) with combined polyimide-glass fiber insulation of heat resistance class H with operating temperatures up to 180 ° C. The first layer of wire insulation made of polyimide film, fully protecting aluminum wire from direct contact with the environment. Then - two layers of glass fiber with dipping and pasting of silicone varnish.

Coil winding is carried out on winders, specially adapted for this purpose (stepless speed regulation, adjustable torque on the motor shaft).

WINDING OF HIGH VOLTAGE (HV)

Winding of HV is of layer type of special wire PPTSD (ППТСД) or APPTSD (АППТСД ) of heat resistance class H or PETD-200 (ПЭТД-200) (200 ° C). The winding is made by special technology similar to "Reziblok" technology. The winding has a vertical cooling channels operating simultaneously function of interlayer insulation.

Manufacturing technology consists of coil winding with insulation overlay of fiberglass soaked by epoxide compound, which moulds winding into "monoblock" and, in contrast to the "cast" windings allows performing the vertical cooling channels, thereby improving the load capacity of the transformer.

DIPPING AND CURING OF THE WINDINGS

Removed from the mandrels winding enters to the dipping site.

Dipping is carried out by full immersion of windings of LV and HV in a container with silicon varnish KO-916.

Dipping under vacuum is not required, since the windings lack the interlayer insulation, preventing the free penetration of varnish.

After dipping, the windings are loaded into the heat-treating furnace, where for 8 hours the curing occurs at a temperature of 180 ° C.

Dipping - curing cycle is repeated three times. Last curing occurs for 12 hours. Thus, the desired integrity and mechanical strength of construction is achieved.

INSULATING DETAILS

All insulating details of the reactor insulation are made of fiberglass of F class of thermal resistance (150°C).

MAGNETIC CORE

Magnetic core of the transformers is of laminated construction, three-cored one-framed, made of cold-rolled electrical steel with insulation coating. Pressing of the rods is carried out by bandages from glass fiber, pressing of yoke - by yoke beams strapped by studs.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TRANSFORMERS

The transformers are fully adapted to work in the domestic electricity supply and are designed for stable operation with surges up to 25% and overloads up to 20%. It does not require additional measures of constructive nature, such as forced cooling.

With high technical and economic indicators, the transformers have increased resistance to electrodynamic effects of short circuits, shock load, overvoltage, moisture and dust.

Unlike transformers with cast insulation, transformers with insulation of "Polymer" type can operate at ambient temperatures from -60 ° C to +50 ° C.
